Competition Rules

The promoter is: GIV.Club Ltd (company no. 11007986) whose registered office is at Century House, New Park Avenue, London N13 5LZ.

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition is on-going with multiple draws and therefore has no closing date, however, each draw automatically closes when a prize pot reaches its target value. 


The prize pot then resets to zero and a new draw is automatically begun, which in turn closes once the pot reaches its target and so on.


No responsibility can be accepted for tickets not entered into the prize draws for whatever reason.


The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

  • You make a purchase either through the ShoppingPal and ensure that you do not have any potentially conflicting voucher code software or anything that may interfere with the functionality of our tracking

  • When the retailer approves your purchase, we will issue you with one free prize draw ticket per pound or part of a pound of commission received by ShoppingPal for that purchase

  • Tickets have a one year life, after which they expire

  • A ticket is also expired if and when it wins a prize

  • Tickets and/or prizes are not transferable

  • Prizes will only be paid to the name of the person holding the account

  • ID will be required before any payment will be made

  • The name of an account holder can only be changed by request in writing to GIV.Club - proof of change of name will be required

  • A maximum of one account per person is allowed

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as stated and will be paid out within 21 days of acceptance provided that the winner has supplied Promoter with either their PayPal details for prizes of up to and including £100, or a UK bank account for prizes over £100.  The prize value paid will be NET of any bank charges or transaction fees incurred in making the payment to the winner.

Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

The winner will be notified by email by the software. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.

The Promoter will not be liable for the delivery of ticket issuance emails or winning email notifications, whether they be caused by failures in email systems, computers, phones, software or the Internet, or for any other reason, including being marked as spam - It is the responsibility of the entrant to check their spam mailboxes.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By shopping through ShoppingPal or any ShoppingPal software, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

GIV.Club Limited will judge the competition and decide on the winner each time a pot reaches it’s target value, which will be picked at random from all active tickets via computer software.

GIV.Club Limited‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

GIV.Club Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this web page.

GIV.Club Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
